Returns upon delivery:
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If there is any issue with the product itself, please inform the delivery representative immediately and send us a clear photo of the issue while the delivery representative is still present.

Important:

* Shipping fees are non-refundable.
* Returns or exchanges are only accepted if there is a confirmed issue with the product itself.
* Any product issue must be reported at the time of delivery.
* Please make sure to check your order before accepting it.

Once the order has been accepted and the delivery representative has left, we may not be able to accept claims regarding product condition.
